Message overview

About this message

This video is part seven in a series exploring the last instructions of Jesus, with a focus on the letters to the seven churches in Revelation, particularly the sixth letter to the church in Philadelphia. The speaker emphasizes the importance of having a real, abiding relationship with Jesus, centering the Christian life on abiding, obeying, and loving.

Passages from John 14 and 15 are discussed to illustrate how abiding in Christ leads to bearing spiritual fruit. The speaker also gives an in-depth look at the prophecy of the mark of the beast in Revelation, warning about how it will be introduced in a way that seems convenient and protective.

Practical advice is offered for discerning God's voice, spending daily time in the Word and prayer, and trusting Jesus in difficult times. The video closes by urging viewers to develop a genuine relationship with Christ as the safest and most fulfilling way to navigate end-times events and daily life.

So, I'm going to waste some time by saying my new book is out. Okay. >> We've been going we've been going through this thing um in Revelation. Okay.

Um the letters of Jesus to us basically. Okay. He uh he he dictated them 60 years after his resurrection. He comes back.

He dictates them to John. John writes them down in Revelation 2 and three. And we've been going through those seven letters. They're messages to us.

Um, so the book is more in depth in the different things that we did, but it's also a very easy read and uh I strongly encourage you to get it. I will that's the only copy I have because it just came out. So like I'll have more copies and maybe next week have them up in the back, but you can also get it on Amazon right now. And anyway, um it is what we've been going through.

So we're we're to um the sixth letter. We're in our seventh week here. We're to the sixth letter which is to the faithful church. And I'm going to read out of Revelation 37 through13.

Okay? And to the angel of the church in Philadelphia. Right? These things says he who is holy.

He who is true. He he who has the key of David. He who opens the door and no one shuts and shuts and no one opens. I know your works.

I have set before you an open door and no one can shut it. For you have little strength. have kept my word and have not denied my nature, my name. Indeed, I will make those of the synagogue of Satan who say they are Jews and are not.

But he indeed Oh, man. I might have to wear those uh readers. Man, this is getting bad. So, um I will make them come and worship before your feet and to know that I have loved you because you have kept my command to persevere.

I also will keep you from. So I gave them to him. Now he's giving them back to me. We're getting old up here.

I also will keep you from the hour of trial which shall come upon the whole world to test those who dwell on the earth. Behold, I am coming quickly. Hold fast what you have that you no one may take your crown. He who overcomes, I will make him a pillar in my temple of my God, and he shall go out no more.

For I will write on him the name of my God and the name of the city of my God, the new Jerusalem, which comes down out of heaven from my God. And I will write on him a new name. He who has an ear, let him hear what the spirit says to the churches. So like the persecuted church, okay?

Um which was the second letter. Jesus doesn't tell the this church they're doing anything wrong. You know, in the other churches, he always congratulates them on what they're doing good and then he says, "But this I hold against you." In this church, he doesn't say that.

just like the persecuted church. And in fact, there's only two things he really compliments this church on. And this is the faithful church. Now, if you remember back to the first church, which was the loveless church, there was like eight things he listed that were good about about them.

But here, there's only two. They kept my word and did not deny my name. And they kept my commandment to first persevere. That's it.

Okay. Um which again shows that it's not our works that gets us there. It's our relationship with Jesus. Okay?

They kept his word. That means they obeyed him. They stayed true by not denying his name. They didn't cower when situations came up and you know people might know that they're a Christian and they back off from it.

Um they didn't cower from that. Okay. Um they were bold in his name and they kept his command to persevere even when times got tough. They cling to Jesus.

their relationship with Jesus kind of models what Jesus talks about in John 14:15. So we're going to roll over to there. John 14:15. Um here Jesus kind of gives the heart of to me the Christian walk which is abide, obey, and love.

Okay. So I'm in uh John 15 verses 4-9 and I read I abide in me and I in you. I'm gonna do this. >> Go ahead.

>> Go ahead. Just own up to it. All right. Abide in me and I in you.

As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself unless it abides in the vine. Neither can you unless you abide in me. I am the vine. You are the branches.

He who abides in me and I in him bears much fruit. For without me you can do nothing. If anyone does not abide in me, he is cast out as a branch and is withered. And they gather them and throw them into the fire and they are burned.

If you abide in me and my words abide in you, you will ask what you desire and it shall be done for you. By this my father is glorified that you bear much fruit. So you will be my disciples. As the father loved me, I also have loved you.

Abide in my love. So he compares the um relationship with himself to a vine and a branch. Okay. Um and and that speaks to a closeness, a togetherness.

Okay? That they're they're connected. Okay? Um and he says here something interesting.

He says, "For without me, you can do nothing." Okay? Think about that. Like you can't walk, you can't talk, no nothing of permanent value.

Okay? In my 20s, I wasn't saved. I worked hard. I was kind of a womanizer.

But but when when I got saved at 30 and then I got married and I started a family. When I look back at my 20s, there was nothing that I did during that whole decade that was of any eternal value. Okay? Nothing.

It was a wasted decade. Okay? And and so when he says there's nothing that we can do without him, there's nothing we can do of permanence, okay? That can be there.

And so we are to abide, okay, in him. It's obvious from this that abiding is is with Christ is the key. Actually, our only job as Christians, okay, is to center our lives on Jesus Christ. >> Okay, let me let me repeat that.

Centering our lives on Jesus is really the only job we have as Christians. Okay, to get in sync with him early in the day, let him indwell you so that all day long your actions and your reactions are like Jesus. Okay? And the key to that is the very next verse.

15:10. What? All right. I'm going to have to figure out a way to do this now that's going to work better.

Um, if you keep my commandments, you will abide in my love just as I have kept my father's commandments and abide in his love. So the key to abiding is obeying. Obeying Jesus Christ. Obeying what he says to do.

And he repeats that over and over in John for in John 14:21. Okay. He says, "He who has my commandments and keeps them, it is he who loves me. And he who loves me will be loved by my father, and I will love him and manifest myself to him.

Wow. Manifest myself to him. Okay, that word's that word's cool. Okay, the triune God will come and be with us if we obey him.

John 14:23 says, "If anyone loves me, he will keep my word, and my father will love him, and we will come to him and make our home with him." um obeying God is how you abide. Okay? And that means not not just ten commandments type stuff, but but like when God tells you in the morning and and you feel a tug to maybe call your cousin Vinnie, you actually call cousin Vinnie because you don't know what cousin Vinnie's going through, right?

And God may be telling you to do that for a specific reason that we don't know, but that God knows. Okay? And so it's very important that we get into the groove with Jesus and then o obey what he says. Okay.

In John 15 11-17, we see what the main commandment God wants us to follow is. Okay? And I'm going to read now 15 11-17. These things I have spoken to you that my joy may remain in you.

My joy may remain in you and that your joy may be full. This is my commandment that you love one another as I have loved you. Greater love is no one than this than to lay down one's life for his friends. You are my friends if you do whatever I command you.

You are my friends if you do whatever I command you. See how many times he's referencing abiding, obeying and and loving. Okay. No longer do I call you servants, for a servant does not know what his master is doing.

But I have called you friends. For all things that I have heard from my father, I have made known to you. You did not choose me, but I chose you and appointed you that you should go and bear fruit and that your fruit should remain that whatever you ask the father in my name he may give you. These things I command you that you love one another.

Okay? Love God, love others. So the key to life as a Christian is abiding, obeying, and loving. What does that look like?

Okay, starts in the morning. You get up and you spend a little time. Okay, with Jesus in the word, in prayer, okay, the word, this Bible, this Bible is all about Jesus. Okay, it's for us and it's to us, but it's really about Jesus, okay?

And so if you want to learn and get to know Jesus better, okay, you got to spend some time here, okay? Just just just just start reading it a little bit, okay? Spend some time there. It's a great place to be.

Um, then prayer. Prayer is a direct link between us and God. Okay? You got to spend some time in prayer.

All right? That's that's getting into sync. So, you get in sync in the morning. Okay?

I always breathe in kind of imagine I'm breathing in God and breathe out kind of breathe out, you know, uh me. Okay? Try to expel me. All right?

And and and bring in that. Um I get down on my knees and I pray. I I spend time in the word. Then I get down on my knees and pray.

And if he tells me specifics while I'm on my knees, I jot them down and so that I make sure I do them that day. Okay? If he tells me to see this person do this, he'll he'll give us direction. That's what's cool.

I mean, rarely is it an audible voice. I've only heard the audible voice like loud one time. Um but but most of the time it's that small still voice in your heart. You just know, oh, I gotta man, I got to say hi to that.

I haven't seen my friend XYZ in a while. I got I got to reach out to them today. you know, and you just feel these things that that God's sharing with you. Um, quick warning on obeying the voice of God.

Okay. The devil also has access to the spiritual realm. All right. So, you have to be careful that the voice you're listening to is indeed Jesus and not a demon or a spirit.

Okay? So, two things you can do, two litmus tests. Okay? One, does it line up with scripture?

Okay. If what you're being told to do lines up with scripture, you're pretty good. The other thing is, is it loving? Okay.

So, if if you're feeling in your heart that that like you need to to leave your wife for this person because they're so spiritually minded, that's not from God. Okay? God would never tell you to commit adultery. Okay?

Just to just to feel more spiritual. Okay? He would never violate his own scripture. Okay?

Conversely, if if he tells you maybe you're on your knees and you're crying over something with your kids and you're like, "Man, I have to I have to discipline them on that." Okay. Um if the thought is is spanking or or taking their phone, which is, you know, even a better punishment nowadays, right? It's like taking their left arm.

Um you know, then then uh it's it's it's true, right? Um then that's fine. But if you're the thought in your mind is I've got to beat that child. That's not loving.

Okay. A a proper spanking is fine, but not that's not loving. I would have the kids go to my room and wait for me to to go up and spank them. Okay.

I didn't do everything right. But that was one of the things that I feel was really a good thing to do because it gave me time to cool. Gave me time to get the scripture right that they violated. You know, and Zach will tell you the worst part was waiting up there for me to come.

you know, my my spankings weren't bad at all, apparently, but it was the it was just the waiting, you know. So, but but but God would never tell you to beat someone or so you you have to be very careful. It has to be scripture and it has to be loving and then you can feel good about whatever you're being told. So, back to our day, you get up, you get in sync, you get kind of your orders, you move into your day.

You're kind of trying to stay in that vibe of love, joy, peace. Okay? The peace of the Lord should be on you most of that day. And now life hits us, man, and and something hits you and you get out of sync because you've been yelled at by someone or, you know, someone cuts you off in traffic or whatever crazy stuff can drive us to to get out of sync.

Stop. Take a deep breath. Um, what I do a lot of times, you know, my my job during the day as a commercial mortgage person and you're dealing with people with money and lots of money and they can be mean, man. People are mean when it's around money, right?

So, you it can get stressful and and there are times where it overwhelms you and then and then this happened this week. I had to go outside, walk around, you know, and take a deep breath in and and get back in sync, you know, back in the love, joy, peace, and then go back into my day to go to the next person. Okay? So, you just you look for opportunities, love, and if you get out of love, joy, peace, stop, take a breath, get back on your your your game, and get back in there.

Okay? Um, I mean, I think about sometimes as I read about how Jesus was almost mauled by people constantly everywhere he went, man. How he stayed calm and cool amongst all of that is it's amazing to me. You know, the self-control.

Um, we're supposed to be like him. So, try, you know, it doesn't mean you're going to be perfect, but but try. As you spend more time obeying and loving, you will be spending more time with Jesus. by default, you will continue to grow and you'll continue to bear much fruit.

Okay? So, abiding, obeying, and loving. Now, let's let's get back into Revelation 3:8. It says, uh, I know your works.

See, I've set before you an open door and no one can shut it. That's the open door of of his blessings, okay? His his love. it can flow to this faithful church because they have a relationship with Jesus.

Okay? Because they're connected there because when they have a sin, they take it and they repent. The open door of his blessings and his favor and stuff can pour on this church. Okay, that's a really neat place to be.

And then as we go in here, Revelation 3:10, man, it gets really crazy. Um, because you have kept my command to persevere. Okay. I will also keep you from the hour of trial which shall come upon the whole world to test those who dwell on the earth.

Okay. And what thing is there that's going to come? It hasn't happened yet. Okay.

That's going to test the whole world. Okay. It's the it's got to be the mark of the beast. All right.

Which is an event that's coming. And we're going to we're going to explore that real quick here because it's important to know what's coming. Okay? And I I'm not here to man I'm here to preach revelation with love.

Okay? I'm not here to scare a soul. All right? But we have to know what's coming.

And if we know what's coming, okay, we we're better able to handle it. All right? So, I got to get my readers on again because we're going to read. Okay?

Revelation 12 7 through 12. Okay. Um, this is in heaven now. So, chapters 12, 13, and 14 of Revelation is like where all the action is, man.

It's it's crazy. And I don't know if this is working. Okay, so Revelation 7, this is up in heaven. And war broke out in heaven.

Michael and his angels fought with the dragon, and the dragon and his angels fought, but they did not prevail, nor was a place found for them in heaven any longer. So, the great dragon was cast out, that serpent of old called the devil and Satan, right? the dragon Satan who deceives the whole world. He was cast to the earth and his angels were cast out with him.

Then I heard a loud voice saying in heaven, "Now salvation and strength and the kingdom of our God and the power of his Christ have come. For the accuser of our brethren, who accused them before our God day and night has been cast down, and they overcame him by the blood of the lamb and by the word of their testimony, and they did not love their lives to the death. Therefore, rejoice, O heavens, and you who dwell in them.

Woe to the inhabitants of the earth and the sea, for the devil has come down to you having great wrath because he knows that his time is short. So, and it might surprise people that the devil still has access to heaven, okay? But we learn in Job that he does. He goes up to to God and and and talks to God and challenges, you know, God about how righteous Job was.

And so here at the very end, Satan gets thrown out of heaven for he he no longer has access to heaven and God any longer. Okay? He gets thrown down to the earth. All right.

Next, he he there's this woman that gets persecuted. I don't completely 100% know who that woman is. Okay. So, there is stuff that when I first got saved, I understood Matthew.

I couldn't, you know, I understood the sermon on the mount. I couldn't understand Romans. All right. It took time for me to grow.

I So, there are some things in Revelation that I still don't quite get. Okay. Who this woman is, I'm not sure. But the woman is protected and and swept away by eagles and protected from Satan.

And then Satan gets mad and he goes on and we learn in um 12:17, okay, what he's going to do. And the dragon, which is Satan, was enraged with the woman. and he went to make war with the rest of her offspring who keep the commandments in God and have the testimony of Jesus Christ. Christians are the ones who have the testimony of Jesus Christ, right?

No one else does. These are Christians. Okay? So, so what happens is devil gets thrown out of heaven and heaven's happy.

Man, we finally got rid of this dude. You know, you can see they were rejoicing, right? They're like, you know, no more him. um because he's sitting there complaining to God or criticizing or judging, you know, trying to throw accusations against us, you know, and Jesus took care of that.

But the dragon doesn't want to do that. But he goes to make war with her offspring, okay? Which is us, that those who keep the testimony of Jesus Christ. And and then chapter 13 begins and it talks about a beast coming out of the sea, which is the antichrist.

Okay, so this is the arrival on the scene of the antichrist. um 135. We're in chapter 13 5-8. I'm going to read.

And he, the antichrist, was given a mouth speaking great things and blasphemies. And he was given authority to continue for 42 months. Then he opened his mouth in blasphemy against God to blasphe his name, his tabernacle, and those who dwell in heaven. It was granted to him to make war with the saints, and to overcome them.

And authority was given to him over every tribe, tongue, and nation. All who dwell on the earth will worship him whose names have not been written in the book of life of the lamb slain from the beginning of the world. So we are the ones whose names are not are written in the book of life. Okay.

So Satan's going to come uh and attack Christians and Christians are going to be here at this time because we're the ones not taking the mark. Okay. Um then in 13 beast comes up. this one out of the earth.

Okay, this is the prophet who kind of shoes everyone and this is the arrival of the mark. So, uh 13:11, then I saw another beast coming up out of the earth and he had two horns like a lamb and spoke like a dragon and he exercises all authority of the first beast in his presence and causes the earth and all those who dwell in it to worship the first beast whose deadly wound was healed. He performs great signs so that he even makes fire come down from heaven in the sight of of men.

And he deceives those who dwell on the earth by those signs which he was granted to do in the sight of the beast. Telling those who dwell on the earth to make an image to the beast who was wounded by the sword and lived. He was granted power to give breath to the image of the beast that the image of the beast should both speak and cause as many as would not worship the image of the beast to be killed.

He causes all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and slave, to receive a mark on his right hand or on their foreheads. And that no one can buy or sell except one who has the mark or the name of the beast or the number of his name. Here is the wisdom. Let him who has an understanding calculate the number of the beast, for it is the number of man 666.

So this prophet comes and and and if you think about it, John is trying to describe what he's seeing in this vision. and he's trying to describe it in words that he can comprehend. So, he's talking about this image that seems to to speak by itself. Think about that.

That's like an AI image or something that we we see all the time now, but they didn't have TV. They didn't have anything back then. He's actually describing something that can happen today, you know, and and and it's very real. All right.

And then in Revelation 14, we see kind of how God is still involved in his people. Okay? God is in control of everything. >> All right?

In Revelation 14, he sends three angels. The first angel goes to the whole world. Okay? And tells them in their language, they proclaim the gospel.

Okay? So God is going to send an angel that's going to talk to aboriges in in Papa New Guinea, okay? and talk to everyone in their language and give everyone one more chance to ask Jesus into their hearts. Okay, how great is that, man?

That God would just send, you know, he challenged us at the great commission to go and tell the whole world. Okay, we we we failed. Okay, now there's a lot of good things happening. There's a lot of us.

We are reaching people, okay? But the Muslims are also growing, okay? Um but I'm telling you, God is moving. I I I I I was talking to a guy this week and he said, "Man, Iran is going nuts with Christianity.

Iran, it's it's it's outlawed to be a Christian there. You could you could suffer jail or death for being a Christian." 11,000 people have gotten saved in Iran just this year. 11,000 people.

3,000 home churches have started just this year. They're secretly starting, okay? Where because they have to stay hidden, okay? like it was back back in 2,000 years ago when they had the little they had to mark where they were meeting.

You know, they did it with a fish cross, a little fish sign. That's how you knew where the Christians were meeting that night, right? They had to hide and because they were being persecuted. They're smuggling in right now 10,000 Bibles a month into Iran and they can't keep up with the demand.

That's pretty hot, man. So, there's a lot. God is moving. Okay.

But but still only onethird of the world identifies as Christians. Okay? And so but God doesn't want anyone to perish. So he sends he's going to send an angel that's going to preach to everyone in the whole world.

And and Jesus says the whole this gospel will be preached to the whole world and then the end will come. Okay? And and here this is how it happens. Second angel um laments Babylon.

That's a whole different chapter another time. And then we get to the third angel, which is what we're going to talk about today. The third angel followed them, saying with a loud voice, "If anyone worships the beast and his image, and receives the mark on his forehead or on his hand, he himself shall also drink of the wine of the wrath of God, which is poured out full strength into the cup of his indignation. He shall be tormented with fire and brimstone in the presence of the holy angels, and in the presence of the Lamb.

And the smoke of their torment ascends forever and ever, and they have no rest, day or night, who worship the beast and his image, and whoever receives the mark of his name. Here's the patience of the saints. Uh, where are we? Here's the patience of the saints.

Here are those who keep the commandments of God and the faith of Jesus Christ. So, there's going to be, man, God is so good. So I want you to understand. So this is called the great awareness church.

Okay? And and what that means is we're supposed to look out at the things that are happening in this world. Okay? And through the lens of scripture, try to understand them and see when things are happening are real.

Okay? I want you to understand what this mark of the beast will look like so that you understand what's to come. Okay? It's not going to be pitched as some scary thing.

Every time you see something about 666 or anything like that, it's always the scary stuff, right? It's not going to be pitched as scary. This is for your protection, people. It's going to be so that no one can steal your money.

No one can steal from your stuff. It's going to be super convenient. You'll be able to just swipe your hand over a over when it to buy anything. You know, you just swipe it instead of giving it a card, you know, you just swipe it and off you go.

Okay. Super convenient. Um, you can set up a thing on your house and you just swipe your hand and you're allowed to go in and no one else because they don't have that particular chip. Okay?

It's going to be pitched as something that's good. >> All right? >> It's going to be pitched and it is already. We'll talk about that in just a sec.

And you're going to have the antichrist who's not going to be some hated person. He's going to be generally respected and loved. Okay? Telling you you have to do that.

You're also gonna have this angel flying around. You're gonna have some people like me saying, "That's the mark. That's the mark. Don't take it.

Don't take it." And you're gonna have people out there like that. But you're also gonna have a lot of people, even preachers, who may not tell you that. Okay?

Because here's the truth of the matter. Here's why it tests the whole world. If you have a lot of money, once this happens, it says all have to take the mark and no one can buy or sell. So, you cannot access your money.

You cannot sell your stocks. cannot trade anything. So if if you've got money and and you know you want want access to it, you're going to have to take the mark or you're going to have to trust that Jesus is going to take care of you. Okay?

If you have to buy medicine just to stay alive. You won't be able to buy it unless you take the mark. >> You're going to have to decide, do I trust Jesus to keep me alive or do I take the mark? Okay, let's go deeper.

Man, you're a single mom and you've got a feed those kids. You can't go to the store and buy the food unless you give them that unless you take the mark. Okay? You've got to choose to trust God or to take the mark.

Okay? And it's said there very clear. An angel is going to be flying around saying, "Don't do it, man. Don't do it."

But you know what the left's going to say or or or or the Antichrist is going to say. Okay? That's just some AI image from the far right con that's a conspiracy theory that's not real. And here's why we have to know the Bible.

If something is happening that the Bible says exactly was happening, then it's then it's true. Okay? If there is a time when we have to take a mark here or here to buy anything, that is the mark. Okay?

Now, they're going to say it's not. Even preachers may say, some preachers may say that it's not. Why? Because one, if you don't take the mark, you can't tithe.

If you can't tithe, they can't pay their bills. Okay? If they're not in it for truth, but they're in it for money. They will say that's and because, you know, we get raptured up first.

Okay? So, they're going to believe that and they're going to say, "Listen, this is this this can't be the mark. It's okay. Go take it."

But there's going to be an angel flying around saying, "No, don't do it." And we say this is far off, but it's not. Um, in July of this year, Trump signed a stable coin act. Okay, that was unanimously like 90 plus% of Congress voted positively for it.

Okay, which that never happens that the Republicans, the Democrats unanimously, you know, vote for anything. Last time that happened was when to give a bunch of money during the COVID thing. That was the last time it was that unanimous. Okay.

It was hailed as this great thing to bring in to bring um what do you call it? Infrastructure to the stable coin industry, the digital currency. Okay. Within 72 hours, 137 other countries signed similar legislation.

So now the infrastructure is in place. Okay. My brother sent me something last week um in Sweden. There's already 30,000 people that who have taken a mark type thing.

Okay. There's a um little little thing that can be injected with a um what do you call it? A need anal. Okay.

It's a simple outpatient thing and it's in there and they can swipe over and and do that. It it's already implanted in 30,000 people. Sweden's maybe a little bit more advanced than us, but I mean everything's there for this to happen. Okay.

So, it's close. the infrastructure, the technology, and people say, "Well, Brian, I you know, I want I want I want everything to be loveydvey and and and and nice." And and sometimes things do get tough, okay? That's just the way it is.

But but listen, the example I use is we go on vacation to Florida a lot, me and the kids. Okay? We'll go down there for a week and it's fun. I mean, you're spending time together.

You're hanging out on the beach. It's a lot of fun. But there is a day when it ends and you have to drive back home. Okay, that nine hour drive home.

Everyone's cranky. You know, I got to go to bathroom. Hold it. You know, I'm not that bad.

But am I? I'm not that bad. So, um, but it's not fun. But then you get home and you're in your bed, you know, it's all comfortable and everything's good, right?

When the end comes on this planet, there's a future in eternity. Okay. And that's our home. That's our real home.

Okay. That's where we're going. If you've asked Jesus into your heart, that's where we're going. And that's a better place than here on the cross.

When the guy to the left or the right of him, the the criminal said, "Hey, when remember me when you come into your kingdom," what did Jesus say? He said, "Today you will be with me in paradise." Okay. So, so Jesus who knew everything down here said that heaven's better.

Okay? So, do not fret that this stuff is coming to an end soon, but understand that it will. Okay? Back to Revelation 3.

He says, "I will keep you from the hour of trial, which shall come upon the whole world to test those who dwell on the earth." Okay, think about this. That single mom who I was has to make that decision. She's gonna have people calling defects on her because she's not a good parent because she's not feeding her kids.

Do you see how this is going to be spun? Very much like COVID kind of was where you're guilted into doing it by even people you love. So well-meaning people are going to be telling you to take the mark and you've got to just know his word and trust. Okay?

Unless you're in this faithful church. We've been studying seven churches, seven types of people. only one of them gets told they're going to be kept from this time. Okay, it's this church.

He says, "I will keep you from the hour of trial which shall come upon the whole world to test those who dwell on the earth." So, this church gets raptured up. So, like when you're reading 3:12 and 13, um you know that he'll make a pillar in the temple of God and he'll they'll he'll he shall go out no more. I will write on him the name of my God and the name of the city of my God, the new Jerusalem.

These people in this faithful church, they get to have the door open to them to God's blessings. Okay? They get raptured up right towards the end. Now, this is right before the mark.

It's not way back. It's it's towards the end. Okay? The mark's not this month.

It's it's going to take time to execute, but it's still it's coming soon. And they get a new name. I mean, that's a whole heck of a lot of good stuff that they get to enjoy. Why?

What did they do to get all that? They had a relationship with Jesus. >> Amen. >> That's it.

They had a relationship with Jesus that was real. Okay? They didn't just call him whenever they needed something. That's not a real relationship.

If you're in a marriage and the only time you talk to your spouse is when you need something, that's not a real relationship. Jesus doesn't want that. He may very well say, "I didn't know you." You know, if that's the only time you call on him, okay?

You got to have a relationship with Jesus where you abide in him. Okay? You spend time in his word and in prayer. This book is called the revelation of Jesus Christ.

These are Jesus's words that I'm reading here. This isn't Brian making something up, okay? I'm just reading what Jesus himself says. So, if Jesus says it, it's true.

Okay? It's not a conspiracy theory. I'm not some crazy loon out to the left. This is this or the right.

This is this is what Jesus is saying. Okay? And we see around us how it's spiraling close to that time. Okay?

Do you see it? You you must you see it. I mean, even the young guys see it. Okay?

So, study this if you want. Okay? watch this thing and and write down the passages and and if you haven't taken notes and and study it yourself, read for it yourself, get it to yourself, but but these are Jesus's words. This is how the story ends.

It's going to end this way. Okay? Um when exactly, I don't know. But it's sooner now than any time.

And again, if you work on your relationship with Jesus, there's no downside. no downside because it's going to make you a better husband, a better father, better mother, etc. Okay? It's going to make you better.

All right? We've got to get faithful. Okay? I want to be a faithful church.

I want us to be a faithful church. Okay? Um it's time to get ready for the coming of the king. how um relationship >> study, spend some time in his word, okay?

Spend some time in prayer every day. Spend time with Jesus every day. It is the safest place to be. Okay.

>> Um No, thank you, Gabriel. Come on up, man. I was trying to hint at him. He wasn't he was he was focused.

So, let me let me pray real quick as he comes up and and uh pray us out. Okay. Wow. Never done that before.

Heavenly Father Lord I thank you so much. You love us so much that you're going to actually send angels down to warn us, Lord. Um very clearly in in in a language we can understand. You're going to tell us what we need to be doing.

Lord, I thank you for your word here, Lord, that that tells me every day as I go to it every day. You give me wisdom and guidance every day. Um God, I thank you for that, Lord. I I thank you for um the opportunity to serve you, to go out into my day and and to to try to love on people, Lord.

And I I pray that that everyone here um goes out this week and loves on the people around them, remembering that it's the people that are around you that are your mission field where you've been called and we've got to be loving. Um we've got to be like Jesus. We've got to spend time with him and then we've got to spend time loving the people that he loves. And Lord, I just pray that if anyone doesn't know you, Lord, that they come see me.

I'll be standing down there um and ask Jesus into their heart. But Lord, more than that, I just pray your Holy Spirit on these people. I pray your love on everyone here. And Lord, I thank you so much for them coming and sharing this time with me.

And uh Lord, we just praise you in all things in Jesus name. Amen. Amen.
